NO avon sends make up perfume all the time through the mail. YOU are allowed to send perfume through the mail.

Yea, you are i bought a few hugo boss and ralph laurens cologne’s on ebay an they seller did just fine. I think you should open the box and check it out, or contact the seller and ask him if its really perfume. When i bought shoes on ebay, the seller wrote apparel.
