A good way is to get the body lotion that matches the perfum. I used the Curious by Britney Spears body lotion, then added the perfum and it really helps the smell stay.
Or you could try spraying it over your body without going overboard!

Look for stronger formulations like eau de parfum rather than eau de toilette. Layer the fragrance, so for example use the bodywash, then the lotion, then the fragrance.
A great trick is to spray a bit in your hair. Don’t do this too often because it’ll dry your hair, but I find it’s the best way to make scent last. Especially if you spray it on the back of your neck under your hair it’s warm there so it radiates all day.
From what you say, your fragrance family is oriental. A scent like Givenchy’s Organza you might like. It’s very luxurious, sensual, and has vanilla notes so it’s a bit sweet also. CK Euphora smells quite exotic. Go to a department store and get samples, and spray the testers, you’ll get an idea what scents are best for you.
