Can parfum (fragrance) - present in perfumes and deodorants - ever contain animal ingredients?

    Yes, “musk” is a good example.

    It’s possible. If perfume contains real musk, that’s extracted from animal glands. Most perfume makers use synthetic musk (because it’s cheaper, not because of ethical concerns) but it’s something you should check out if it concerns you. I don’t think any deodorant has musk.
